Terms and Conditions - Running challenge x Rocca Sörk

  1. The challenge is organized by Activate Health OÜ, registration code 17201501.
  2. Challenge period: 16.10-16.11.2025
  3. To participate in the challenge, participants must download the Activate app and join the challenge.
  4. The challenge prize pool includes Nike Pegasus Trail 5 GORE-TEX running shoes, Activate monthly membership package and 2000 reward points.
  5. To take part in the prize draw, you need to complete at least 200 running training minutes.
  6. The draw will take place on 21.11.2025.
  7. The winners' names (username or alias registered in the Activate app) will be published on the Activate website and Facebook page no later than five business days after the draw.
  8. The organizer will personally contact the winners via email no later than five business days after the draw. The process for receiving the prizes will be coordinated with the winners via email.
  9. By participating in the challenge, users agree to the processing of their personal data for purposes related to the challenge and to the publication of their name in the app and on the Activate website. The organizers will retain the data of the prize winners for 3 months after the challenge ends. Data related to other registered participants will be retained for 2 weeks after the challenge ends. Data related to claims will be retained until the resolution of the claim.
  10. Individuals involved in organizing the challenge or conducting the prize draw are not eligible to participate in the draw.
  11. The prize will not be paid in cash or exchanged for other rewards.

  14. Claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the challenge ends (by 30.11.2025).
  15. The organizers reserve the unilateral right to terminate the challenge or amend the terms by announcing the changes on the organizer's Facebook page and/or website.
