The Ülemiste City Winter Step Challenge is a team-based competition between companies, where teams of five collect steps and compete in a friendly way with other teams across the campus. The goal is to stay active during the winter months, strengthen team spirit, and bring more energy into everyday work life. Every step matters — and every team member counts.
How to take part:
- Put together a 5-person team from your company
- Register your team and its members here
- Join the challenge in the Activate Health app using the team code you receive after registration
- Collect steps as part of your everyday routine — on your way to work, at lunch, during meetings, or after work
- Track the leaderboard, compete with other teams and win prizes
