Terms & Conditions - Bike2Work Challenge - Ülemiste City

- In the period from April 1, 2024 to September 22, 2024, a Bike2Work Challenge will take place in Ülemiste City, organized Mainor Ülemiste AS (Sepise 7, Ülemiste City, 11415, Tallinn, Estonia) and Activate Health OÜ (Valukoja 10, Ülemiste City, 11415, Tallinn, Estonia) (hereinafter Campaign Organizer).
- The procedure for conducting the campaign is established by the Campaign Organizer in these rules. All decisions of the Campaign Organizer during the campaign are final and binding on all participants in the campaign.
- To participate in the campaign and win the prize, you must work, study or live in Ülemiste City and follow these simple steps: take your bike to work, scan the QR-code on the bike rack, check-in and register your personal information. You will get one unique vote each day you bike to work.
- All participants in the Campaign who have fulfilled the condition specified in clause 3 will participate in a lottery to win Kross Trans Hybrid 2.0 electric hybrid bike, in total value of 2899 €.
- All taxes related to winning, if any, will be paid by the Campaign Organizer.
- The winners will be drawn no later than September 30, 2024, and the winners will be contacted by Campaign Organizer using the contact information from the registration form (e-mail) within 5 working days after the draw.
- If the winner is not available (does not answer the emails) within 10 working days, he / she will lose the right to the prize.
- Prizes will be awarded to the winners until November 30, 2024 on the basis of the registration form and an identity document (passport, driver's license or ID card).
- Campaign Organizer has the right to use the impersonalized data in the campaign communication and personalized data to receive the prize.
- The prize won will not be replaced by another prize or will not be reimbursed in cash. The winner has the right to cancel the prize by notifying the Organizer in writing. In this case, a new winner will be drawn.
- The personal data needed to run the campaign will be kept for three months after the draw.
- All disputes arising from the Campaign shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
- The Promoter of the Campaign has the unilateral right to terminate the Campaign and terminate the awarding of prizes in the event of force majeure, immediately notifying the participants of the Campaign through the media.
- All claims or additional info of the Campaign must be sent in writing to Mainor Ülemiste AS (Sepise 7, Ülemiste City, 11415, Tallinn, Estonia) - info@mainorulemiste.ee. The rules of the campaign are published on the website activate.ee/bike2work.
