Ülemiste City Walk & Talk Challenge - Terms & Conditions

2.06 - 30.09.2025

  1. In the period from June 2, 2025 to September 30, 2025, a Walk & Talk Challenge will take place in Ülemiste City, organized Mainor Ülemiste AS (Sepise 7, Ülemiste City, 11415, Tallinn, Estonia) and Activate Health OÜ (Valukoja 10, Ülemiste City, 11415, Tallinn, Estonia) (hereinafter Campaign Organizer).
  2. The procedure for conducting the campaign is established by the Campaign Organizer in these rules. All decisions of the Campaign Organizer during the campaign are final and binding on all participants in the campaign.
  3. To participate in the campaign and win the prize, you must work, study or live in Ülemiste City and follow these simple steps: organize a meeting on the Ülemiste City walking meeting trail, scan the QR-code on the walking meeting trail sign, check-in and register your personal information.
  4. Only one registration is allowed per meeting held on the walking meeting trail.
  5. At the end of the campaign, as well as during the campaign, prizes will be drawn among all participants:
    • 1.5 hours of use of the Community Building sports hall for organizing a team workout or similar event, plus access to the lounge and sauna with catering for 15 people (valued at €300)
    • 1 year of Green City service premium access
    • 1 x 3 tickets to the 2026 Health Conference
    • 1 x 25 hot drinks from R-Kiosk
    • 5 x 2 street food vouchers
  6. The winners will be drawn no later than October 15, 2025, and the winners will be contacted by Campaign Organizer using the contact information from the registration form (e-mail).
  7. Winners have until April 30, 2026, to claim their prizes.
  8. Campaign Organizer has the right to use the impersonalized data in the campaign communication and personalized data to receive the prize.
  9. The prize won will not be replaced by another prize or will not be reimbursed in cash. The winner has the right to cancel the prize by notifying the Organizer in writing. In this case, a new winner will be drawn.
  10. The personal data needed to run the campaign will be kept for three months after the draw.
  11. All disputes arising from the Campaign shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
  12. The Promoter of the Campaign has the unilateral right to terminate the Campaign and terminate the awarding of prizes in the event of force majeure, immediately notifying the participants of the Campaign through the media.
  13. All claims or additional info of the Campaign must be sent in writing to Mainor Ülemiste AS (Sepise 7, Ülemiste City, 11415, Tallinn, Estonia) - info@mainorulemiste.ee. The rules of the campaign are published on the website activate.ee/walk-and-talk.
