Melissa Mänd is a personal coach focused on helping people achieve their health goals through regular trainings, dietary changes and mindset shift. She mainly works with women who wish to get stronger, happier and healthier (in whatever order), coaching them in strength trainings, nutrition, and general health. Melissa's mission is to contribute to increasing any aspect of her clients' well-being by providing support in becoming entirely comfortable and happy with themselves.
