Kaisa Gutman is a health enthusiast that has worked as a gym instructor, team coach and personal trainer since 2014. Kaisa's professional background led her to study health promotion in Estonia and Belgium, specialising in health and lifestyle sciences. Kaisa believes that quality sleep, conscious habits, positive mindset and skillful stress management are equally important factors in sports and nutritional goals which is why she focuses on the intersection of all of these four aspects.
