Terms & Conditions - Ülemiste Health Challenge

15.05 - 13.06.2023

  1. In the period from May 15, 2023 to June 13, 2023, “Ülemiste Health Challenge” campaign will take place, organized by Activate Health OÜ (Valukoja 10, 11415, Tallinn, Estonia) (hereinafter Campaign Organizer).
  2. The procedure for conducting the campaign is established by the Campaign Organizer in these rules. All decisions of the Campaign Organizer during the campaign are final and binding on all participants in the campaign.
  3. To participate in the campaign, you must register as a user of the Activate Health application and join the Ülemiste Challenge sprint in the application.
  4. A 30-day free trial period applies to all users who join during the period 15.05-13.06. The user will be notified about the end of the trial period twice, 3 days and 1 day before the end of the trial period. The user can cancel his/her subscription at any time. If the user does not cancel his/her subscription at the end of the trial period, the paid package selected during registration will be automatically applied.
  5. All Campaign participants who have fulfilled the condition stated in point 3 collect health points with their activities in the application and participate in the draw. Every 1000 health points you collect gives you 1 vote in the draw box. The following prizes will be drawn among the participants:
    • 1x Activate Body Scan 10x package
    • 1x Activate Face Scan 10x package
    • 3x SYNLAB Health Risk panel + laboratory doctor consultation
    • 3X MyFitness starting package, incl MyFitness training towel, 7-time training card and body analyses voucher
    • 2X Confido massage gift card
    • 1x Confido Oxygeneo facial treatment gift card
  6. The main prize "GOSPA Stress Relief Spa Package + Activate Annual Subscription for 2" will be won by the Campaign participant who has fulfilled the condition of point 3 and who collects the most health points during the campaign period. GOSPA Stress Relief Spa Package for two includes: stress relief massage 60 min, Babor skin specific facial 60 min, herbal bath 20 min, accommodation in a standard double room for 2 nights, plentiful buffet breakfast, unlimited access to pools and saunas, bathrobe in your room.
  7. All taxes related to prizes, if any, will be paid by the Campaign Organizer.
  8. The winners will be drawn on June 15, 2023, and the winners will be contacted by Campaign Organizer using the user´s e-mail registered in the application within 5 working days after the draw.
  9. If the winner is not available (does not answer the e-mails) within 10 working days, he / she will lose the right to the prize.
  10. Prizes will be awarded to the winners until July 31, 2023 on the basis of an identity document (passport, driver's license or ID card).
  11. Campaign Organizer has the right to use the impersonalized data in the campaign communication and personalized data to deliver the prize.
  12. The prize won will not be replaced by another prize or will not be reimbursed in cash. The winner has the right to cancel the prize by notifying the Campaign Organizer in writing. In this case, a new winner will be drawn.
  13. The personal data needed to run the campaign will be kept for three months after the draw.
  14. All disputes arising from the Campaign shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
  15. The Promoter of the Campaign has the unilateral right to terminate the Campaign and terminate the awarding of prizes in the event of force majeure, immediately notifying the participants of the Campaign through the media.
  16. All claims or additional info of the Campaign must be sent in writing to Activate Health OÜ (Valukoja 10, 11415, Tallinn, Estonia) - info@activate.ee. The rules of the campaign are published on the website activate.ee/challenge.
